from sampling to bulk production .
- We will select the fabric swatches for you according to your design requirements, we provide various fabrics options ,like healthy fabric , interlock fabric , mesh fabric , tricot fabric, melange fabric ,fleece fabric, microfiber , ribstop , oxford , composite fabric ,jacquard , ect .
- We will start test the fabric quality in extreme conditions to ensure the quality , after the fabric qualified, we will ask customers either use the existing colors or customized colors.
- Now we will finish the paper patterns ,and cut the fabric according to the patterns ,in this process , if customers have logo customization , like sublimation print , elastic band with logo , reflective, embroidery, 3D silicon printing , screen print, heat transfer , washing label design, main label designs ,zipper with logo ect , we will take some time to make in case save more time in the bulk customization .
- During the sampling time , we will always share the process to customers for better follow up, also we can change if anything changed , we will always send out the pictures before real sample shipped even we will make pre-production sample before bulk production .

bulk production process
- With customers and we mutual approval , we will purchase the bulk fabric and preshrink the fabric before cutting. Washing labels , main labels size labels we make the bulk at this time .
- Pattern maker will create the full template of the full size , and we will make pre-production sample for checking ,once the pre-production is approved , we will begin to cut the bulk fabric depends if the designs with print or not, sublimation will print before cutting .
- If the designs with logo customized like embroidery ,heat transfer ect , we will send the panels to cooperated factories to finish .
- We take the panels back , and begin to sew process , updates of pictures will be sent time to time by our colleagues.
- Inspection including trimming , check the quality of the items , any faulty items will be repair or left in the factory .
- Packing including hang tag ,bar code attached , each item will be packed separately in a bag with moisture-proof paper .
